Tino and his team at Rescue Group recently completed major rectification works on our building in Merri Street, Brunswick.

The works were required to address a water leak on common property that impacted a number of units.

During the works Tino kept all stakeholders up to date with progress reports, next steps and quickly addressed any changes to schedule caused by weather or trades availability.

The tenants of the impacted units are happy with the completed works.

I would recommend Tino and his team to other Owners Corporate Committees looking at having works completed both large and small.

My experience with Tino and The Rescue Group has been exceptional. I contracted them to seal a wall that was causing extreme moisture and mould inside one of the apartments in the block.

Rescue Group performed the job on time and within budget sealing the wall both outside and in.

The job was professionally done with top grade sealant.

Our tenant had reported water leaking under the carpet adjacent to the bathroom.

Rescue Group initially came out to do leak detection testing. It turned out there had been water leaking in multiple places from the shower and as a result we ended up needing to replace part of the structure timber frame and tiles, re-plaster, paint etc.

The property manager then resigned but fortunately from the moment Tino was engaged I became confident that the team could manage the end to clean resolution and keep me informed along the way.

The quality of the work undertaken by all trades was of a high standard.

To have Rescue Group and Tino project manage this for me was of real benefit and worth the overall cost of the project.
